The hydraulic lifting system operation steps play the key point during dumping

The standard operation steps:

# Open the tarpaulin or box cover on the tipper

# Open the rear door lock

# Press the clutch with the transmission in the neutral lasting 5 seconds

# Hanging low gear(below 4 gear)

# Take the handle of air control valve in raised position

The tipper begin to lift as releasing the clutch, the engineer throttle can be properly depressed but it must be contrlled within 1500 rpm when the cylinder reaches the max stroke or the limited valve is activated, the air control valve handles is in the stop position.

Lifting working principle:

The tractor gearbox uses an external power take-off to pressurize hydraulic oil pump. The hydraulic tipper trailer hydraulic oil pump controls the hydraulic oil pressure to achieve the lifting or lowering of the semi tipper trailers  hydraulic cylinder.

Generally, tipper semi trailer can be fully lifted in 30 seconds to finish unloading.
